Hi, I'm Ellen and thank you for popping in here, I appreciate your time.  I am a retired school teacher, moving from the classroom to the therapy room, training and expanding my knowledge of holistic and spiritual health, exploring both physical and psychological therapies. I've trained in Reflexology, Holistic Massage and Ear Candling as physical therapies. Since the millennium, I've attended many workshops, courses and professional training, particularly in Clinical Hypnotherapy, EFT, IEMT, Life Coaching, Reiki & Energy Healing and Tarot Coaching, specialising in helping people overcome discomfort, negative unwanted thoughts & behaviours, creating happier, healthier mindset transformations. Some therapies overlap or integrate having similar successful results but reached through a different therapeutic route. This expanded 'therapy tool box' allows me to connect and be of greater service as a compassionate, intuitive, dedicated, heart centred therapist, helping you through your challenges whether you're a teenager, student or adult and covering a range of health problems.
